- All packages are shipped via the US Postal Service (USPS). Tracking numbers will be provided for all packages. We offer the following USPS services: First Class, Priority. All items sent in association with our free shipping promotion will be sent via USPS First Class.

- Returns & Replacements
- LimeBeauty will glady accept returns for any LimeBeauty.com product. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to:
Replace or exchange the merchandise (customer provides return shipping costs)
Credit your purchase price for a full refund. Please note we can only offer a full refund on unopened products in resale condition, we also can not refund shipping costs unless an error occured in your order.
